How the collaboration works
- Manual validation: our team reviews every introduction. We get in touch to get to know you before any collaboration.
- Credentials: we ask for proof of your registration with the relevant professional body or colegio and of your licence. No assignment is given without these credentials.
- Assignments made with the client's consent: case information is shared with you only if the client has agreed to it, and only for the assignment.
- Confidentiality: the information and documents in a case remain confidential and are used only for the assignment. Lawyers remain bound by professional secrecy.
- Independence: THERD SRL also runs the THERD real estate agency. We expect your findings to be independent of the agency's commercial interests. When the agency is connected with a property, you may be asked to step in precisely as an independent professional.
- Real estate agents: you can refer your clients for a check; the check is always carried out by a licensed professional.
