Link with the THERD agency and network of sites

THERD SRL also runs the THERD real estate agency and a network of information and service websites about Las Terrenas. This may create a conflict of interest when a property listed by the agency is being checked. In that case, the client is told before the assignment starts and can ask for a professional who is independent of the agency. The Who checks? page explains who carries out the checks.
